PARTICIPATION FEE
This fee includes participation in all events of the Forum (business, evening)
EUR 3 396 if paid until April 30, 2015
EUR 3 774 if paid after April 30, 2015
PACKAGE FEE
Package fee includes participation in all events of the Forum (business, evening) + accommodation fee for 3 nights, June 3-6, 2015 (in one of the official Forum hotels selected by participant).
Please check rooms availability in the desired hotel at the moment of registering your participation.
The number of package offers available is limited.
Package offer is valid only if paid until April 30, 2015.
All room bookings, paid after April 30 shall be confirmed again and may be cancelled due to other participants requests.

3 nights (June 3-6) in Mercure Sochi Center – EUR 4 340
3 nights (June 3-6) in Pullman Sochi Center or Hyatt Regency – EUR 4 717
All prices are VAT (18%) inclusive. Participation fee includes attendance of all panel and round table discussions, coffee breaks, lunches and 3 evening receptions.
Complimentary transfer from and to Sochi airport is available on June 3 and 6 for all participants staying in any of the official hotels of the Forum (please see the timetables).
