On behalf of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, I welcome the participants, guests and organisers of the Tenth International Rail Business Forum 1520 Strategic Partnership and offer congratulations on its ten-year anniversary.
Over its ten years of work, the Forum has proven to be a highly professional discussion platform for a dialogue between representatives of the authorities and the business, scientific and expert communities on the establishment and development of a competitive and civilised railway transportation market both in Russia and on the Eurasian space. The issues discussed at the Forum have great practical importance for implementing the railway transportation development strategy in the current geopolitical and economic conditions.
